Tom trained and qualified at CBRE before moving to Morgan Williams, where he spent 7 years and made Partner. He subsequently joined Stockford Anderson in 2020 working in the investment and development team. Tom has advised major REITs, Propcos, institutions and private investors acquire or dispose of over £5 billion of real estate assets.

Subsequently Matthew founded Stockford Staunton (a specialist investment practice) in 1998 and became a founding partner of Stockford Anderson in 2013 and has been a trusted advisor to some of the most well-known landlords and developers for over 30 years, during which time he has transacted and funded approximately £6 billion of real estate assets across all major sectors.

After training and qualifying at JLL (where he set up and ran the Leisure Group), James founded ASW (latterly Cortex Partners) and joined Stockford Anderson in 2024 from Gerald Eve, where he was a partner in the operational real estate team. He has advised on, in excess of, £1.3bn leisure acquisitions and sales.
